Kelsey Francey

Music Director, BCCO

Kelsey Francey began her musical training in sixth grade on the flute and transitioned to the horn in seventh grade. She performed with various bands, orchestras, and ensembles, including the Oklahoma Youth Orchestra for three years and the Oklahoma All State Wind Ensemble during her senior year of high school. She studied Music Education at Oklahoma State University. Locally, Kelsey has performed horn duets and solos at the Mackay Barbeque, Mackay Community Church, and Festival of Trees, and directed the community band for one season. She has been part of the Butte County School District since 2019 and, since 2022, has directed its bands and choir. 

Cindy Jardine

Music Director, BCCO

Cindy Jardine began taking violin lessons at age 8 in Elko, Nevada, having Kathren Stahl and Lajla Lyon as her teachers. During high school, she was selected as a lead violinist for the Music Educators National Convention orchestra concert in San Diego and later performed with the Northern Nevada Community College Orchestra and the Magic Valley Symphony. In 1999, she started a violin program in Arco, Idaho, which grew to 60 students, and in 2005, her advanced students performed in New York City at the Statue of Liberty and St. Michael’s Cathedral. With over 55 years as a music educator, Cindy has taught more than 5,000 students in voice, violin, piano, and other areas, directed choirs and musical theater productions, and continues sharing her passion for music through community and church events.

Paige Telford

Music Director, BCCO

Paige Telford began her orchestral journey in fifth grade with the Madison Orchestra in Rexburg, Idaho. She studied violin with Richard Hansen through high school and later continued her studies with Lisa Weiss. After moving to the Burley area, she performed for several years with the Magic Philharmonic Orchestra.

For the past 17 years, Page has been part of the Lost River Valley community, sharing her music through numerous community and church events.
